Cancellation Policy – NeuFox Travel

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to NeuFox Travel. The effective date of cancellation will be the date on which written notification is received.

Cancellation fees are charged as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 50 % cancellation fee (deposit is non-refundable)
  • 30–59 days before departure: 80 % cancellation fee
  • Less than 30 days: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)

 

Please note:

  • Cancellation fees reflect costs already committed to accommodation providers, transport companies, guides, and other suppliers.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 30 working days after receipt of a valid cancellation request.
  • NeuFox Travel strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover.

 

NeuFox Travel reserves the right to adjust cancellation terms if stricter supplier conditions apply. In such cases, clients will be advised at the time of booking.
