DAY 1 – 08.11.2026 | Departure from Warsaw
- Meet at Warsaw Chopin Airport at the reception desk marked with the Tanzania Safari logo.
- Check-in and departure flight to Arusha with a transfer at one of Africa's international airports.
DAY 2 – 09.11.2026 | Arrival in Arusha | Overnight Stay at Gran Meliá Hotel
- Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be welcomed by a NeuFox Travel safari guide and transferred in a private luxury vehicle to Arusha.
- After check-in, the day is dedicated to rest and recovery. You may enjoy the hotel gardens, spa facilities, or simply relax while admiring views of Mount Meru.
- In the evening, enjoy an elegant dinner and an informational meeting with your guide regarding the upcoming journey.
DAY 3 – 10.11.2026 | Tarangire National Park | Overnight at Manyara Secret Lodge – Full Board
- After a relaxed breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, known for its vast savannahs, majestic baobab trees, and the Tarangire River, which serves as a vital water source for wildlife.
- During the safari, encounter large elephant herds, lions, giraffes, wildebeest, and abundant birdlife.
- Lunch will be served either as a picnic or at a lodge within the park. Afterwards, continue toward the Ngorongoro Highlands, arriving at sunset for a peaceful evening.
DAY 4 – 11.11.2026 | Lake Manyara National Park & Guided Walking Tour | Overnight at The Retreat at Ngorongoro – Full Board
- After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park — a small yet highly diverse ecosystem featuring groundwater forests, open plains, and the alkaline lake itself.
- Enjoy a guided safari with opportunities to observe elephants, hippos, baboons, and rich birdlife.
- This is followed by a guided walking excursion, offering a deeper understanding of the park's flora, fauna, and ecology.
DAY 5 – 12.11.2026 | Hadzabe Cultural Tour | Overnight at Crater's Edge by Wilderness Collection – Full Board
- After breakfast, visit the Hadzabe community near Lake Eyasi for an authentic cultural experience.
- Accompanied by a knowledgeable local guide, you will learn about traditional hunting techniques, daily life, and survival skills passed down through generations.
- This respectful cultural encounter offers a rare opportunity to experience one of Africa's oldest living cultures. Afterwards, transfer to the lodge for relaxation and overnight stay.

DAY 6 – 13.11.2026 | Ngorongoro Crater | Overnight at Crater's Edge by Wilderness Collection – Full Board
- Enjoy an early breakfast before descending into the Ngorongoro Crater — one of Africa's most remarkable wildlife reserves.
- On the crater floor, you may observe black rhinos, large buffalo herds, elephants, lions, hyenas, and numerous savannah animals.
- The safari includes ample time for photography and wildlife observation, followed by a picnic lunch near a hippo pool.
- In the afternoon, return to the crater rim and relax at the lodge overlooking the highlands.
DAY 7 – 14.11.2026 | Serengeti National Park | Overnight at Warangi Ridge by Wilderness Collection – Full Board
- After breakfast, travel toward the legendary Serengeti, passing Maasai villages and expansive open landscapes. Wildlife viewing begins immediately upon entering the park, with a game drive continuing en route to the lodge.
- The endless plains of the Serengeti are home to numerous predators and migrating herbivores, offering spectacular and thrilling safari moments.
- Arrival at the lodge is scheduled for late afternoon, with time to relax and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding wilderness.

DAY 8 – 15.11.2026 | Full Day in Serengeti National Park | Overnight at Warangi Ridge by Wilderness Collection – Full Board
- This full day is dedicated to exploring the heart of the Serengeti at a relaxed pace. Choose between morning and afternoon game drives or a full-day safari with a picnic lunch in the bush.
- Your guide will tailor the day's program according to current wildlife movements, focusing on big cats, large herds, and unique animal behaviors.
- Between safaris, return to the lodge for rest, excellent meals, and relaxation overlooking the endless plains.
- Optional hot air balloon safari at the client's expense – approximately USD 600.00.
DAY 9 – 16.11.2026 | Flight from Seronera to Arusha | Cultural Heritage Centre | Overnight at Gran Meliá Hotel – Half Board
- After breakfast, transfer to the Seronera airstrip for a scheduled flight departing from the heart of Serengeti National Park. During takeoff, enjoy breathtaking aerial views of the endless plains, where wildlife can often be spotted from above — a truly memorable conclusion to your Serengeti experience.
- Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be welcomed and transferred to the Arusha Cultural Heritage Centre for a guided tour. The centre offers a rich collection of African art, sculptures, gemstones, and cultural artifacts, providing insight into Tanzania's diverse heritage and traditions.
- After the visit, continue to the hotel for check-in and relaxation. The remainder of the day is at leisure — enjoy the hotel's luxurious facilities, peaceful surroundings, and comfort after the safari adventure.
DAY 10 – 17.11.2026 | Coffee Tour | Overnight at Gran Meliá Hotel – Full Board
- After breakfast, depart for Materuni Village, located on the slopes of Mount Kilimanjaro.
- Take a walk to the scenic Materuni Waterfall and participate in a traditional coffee tour hosted by the Chagga tribe.
- Learn about the coffee production process and enjoy tasting freshly brewed local coffee.
- In the afternoon, return to Arusha for relaxation, shopping, or spa treatments, followed by a farewell dinner.
DAY 11 – 18.11.2026 | Arusha, Airport Transfer & Departure
- After breakfast, free time in Arusha. Lunch at a local restaurant at the client's own expense.
- After lunch, transfer from Arusha to Kilimanjaro International Airport approximately three hours before departure for check-in and formalities.
- This transfer marks the conclusion of your Tanzania wildlife safari.
